HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Okay so I have to tell you I LOVE this card... so yes I made it and I am telling you I LOVE IT LOL!!!  I think it has a lot to do with the image.  I just love the bella girls!  She is so stinkin cute!

I water colored her on WCP and guess what I added GLITTER.....

I also used my small circle punch for the 2 circles on the right hand side.  I added some orange stickles to those!  If you have never used stickles what are you waiting for...go get some!

I got this layout from a sketch I found online....I think it is from MOJO MONDAY....

Here is what I used:
Stamp:  Bella stamp
Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Basic Black, Ghostly Greetings DSP, WCP
Ink: Choc Chip, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Blush Blossom, Going Gray, Black Staz On
Accessories:  Ticket corner punch, 1/4" circle punch,  black grosgrain ribbon, pumpkin pie grosgrain ribbon, aqua painter, cuttlebug embossing folder, and stickles.

I hope you all have a spooktacular Halloween!  Be Safe!!!

2 NEW stampers!

Happy Thursday!!!!

IT SNOWED yesterday!!!!  Not enough to amount to even a dusting but I saw it spitting out of the air!

Today's card is using my new set from Flourishes called Forest of Trees.  This stamp set has the best trees!  You should really just go check it out!!

This card came together fairly easy...I was using a sketch I found online but it didn't come out anything like the sketch.  LOL oh well I still like it!

The tree is all glitter the picture really does not do it any justice!

Here is what I used!

Stamp Set: Forest of Trees and Poinsettia & Boxwood (JOY) both from Flourishes
Paper: Glittering Christmas paper (Flourishes) Handsome Hunter, and WW
Ink: Handsome Hunter, Versamark
Accessories: Gold brads, Gold embossing powder, white gel pen, stickles, paper piercer and mat, ribbon from Michaels

Here are my 2 new favorite stampers!  Jolie had a great time stamping her hand onto the beautiful card that she made her mommy, and Zain had fun eating the ink pad LOL....

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!  I am getting ready for HALLOWEEN!!!!

Hi Everyone!

Last week I decided to check out some of the challenges on SCS and I found that I MISS doing them!  I am going to try very hard to do at least 1 a week!  I have to start small so I don't overwhelm myself!
I actually made 2 cards for this color challenge!  The colors are Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, and Chocolate Chip.
I used the bella girl and a paper pieced her pants, and both bags. I water colored her shirt, boots, and hair...I had to add a little glitter to her hair with some stickles as well!
When I was finished with this card all I said was HOLY POLKA DOTS!!!!  LOL I didn't think I was big on polka dots but I really do love how this card came together!
So here is what I used!
Stamps: Bella, Best Yet
Card Stock: WW, Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, Bella Rose DSP
Ink: Chocolate Chip pad and marker, Pink Pirouette

Fun times to share!

Hi!
I am going to share some pictures of this past week!  The first 2 are from Pumpkin Festival here in Keene.  We went for a few hours in the morning and the boyZ dressed up in their costumes.  Zak was Gene Simmons I am very proud of the way his make-up came out.  Zain is a DR.  You can't really tell because his straps from the stroller cover his scrubs but it says Dr. Zain.  The next 2 pictures are from Jolie's Halloween party.  Zain had a great time!  Tatie (Colline, aunt in French) helped him decorate his cookie.  The last picture is of Zak and Zain at my moms riding on the treadmill.    So as you can see we had a pretty busy week!  Zain got croup this week and we did NOT have fun with that at all!  It was a long second half of the week!  He is bouncing right back!  He is now all done with his meds and just has a runny nose....NOW I am feeling sick...it is just starting and I am taking meds so I HOPEFULLY will not get it bad.  My throat is killing me and my nose is running but I am NOT sick...LOL

Well check back tomorrow for swaps from my last club meeting!!  They are SOOOO good!

BRRRR!!! I am COLD!

Man oh Man I am cold!  This is going to be a QUICK post my fingers are frozen stiff!  The first 2 projects are from my Halloween Class a few weeks ago.  I did this little treat bag that Avril found online.  For the life of me I can't find the site....I also made this little center piece for each of the tables.  I just filled the vase with candy corn (YUCK) and stuck some lollipops in!  Chelly came over and helped me punch and stick these cute figures to dress up the pops....then she went home and made 40 more for a bday party LOL.

My next 2 pictures are the girls making their projects.....Jo can you see?  Look how busy they are!!!!

The final picture is  from Alyson's Orchard.  Chris was behind me and the BoyZ.  He snapped a few pictures like this and I LOVE them!  The scenery ROCKS!!!

OK I have swap cards from the girls!  I will take pictures and post them ASAP!  Hopefully I will take the pictures tomorrow :)  But no promises my little fingers may be frozen still....oh real quick why are my fingers so cold?  Well I do live in NH and it IS Oct 18th.  That means it is starting to get cold out and I SHOULD be turning my heat on BUT while I was still living at home with my parents my dad would NEVER turn the heat on till NOV 1st!  I would complain complain complain!  He would tell me to put a sweatshirt on and use a blanket...I thought he was nuts...TILL I had to start paying for my own oil!  So now in my house the heat does not go on till NOV 1st...BUT I do have a couple of electric heaters so it is not as bad.  So now you know we are all a little weird...hey just trying to save a few bucks so I can get more stamps....PLanning on coming over for a visit?  Bring a sweatshirt LOL!!!!!!

Off to sit with a blanket and a cup of tea!

Oh Baby!

Hi Everyone!
Chris's sister Shana is expecting her first baby in December. She had her baby shower a few weeks ago and here is the card I made for her. As soon as I saw this Bella I knew I had to have it! The first thing I thought of when I saw it was popping out her belly with paper piecing. It looks so darn cute! Paper piecing is so easy and adds a great look to your stamped image! All you do is stamp the portion of your stamp on some DSP, cut it out, and glue in on VOILA done! I also paper pieced some of the bags and watercolored the rest of her. I had to add a little glittler to her hair cause it's oh so pretty!!! I got a little carried away when I was coloring her hair and oops wnt right into her eye....oh well we all make mistakes! So what did I use you ask?
Stamp: Bella (forgot th mae of her teddybella I think
Paper: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, US white, and Urban Garden DSP
Ink: Close to Cocoa, Baja Breeze, Not Quite Navy, Pretty in Pink, and Blush Blossom
Accessories: Dew drops, stampin dimensionals, Baja Breeze ribbon, and aqua painter

I also made her a diaper cake. This was actually the first boy one I did and it was so much fun! I like to add some tags with "advice" on it....from one mom to another ;) I really love making these diaper cakes and what a great gift they make!

Today is world Card Making day so go ahead stamp yourself a card! Have fun doing it!!!!
